WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For items purchased through our online shop, we allow them to be returned with a full refund as long as it is done within 7 days of receiving the item.The buyer must pay return shipping for the item.

If your purchase was made at one of the local stores that is carrying our dice bags, you must contact the location you made the purchase from to determine what that store's return policy is.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Gift cards are available for Etsy, and our store does indeed accept payments from Etsy gift cards.

Individual shops carrying our items locally may or may not have gift cards available, and you would need to contact those locations to inquire about their gift card policy.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Etsy accepts most major credit card payments. Our Big Cartel shop processes payments through PayPal.

We do not accept cash or checks for purchases made over the internet.

 

Purchases made from us at events are processed through PayPal, and we accept cash payments in person at shows. We do not accept checks.

WHY ARE SOME OF THE DRAGON EGG DICE BAGS DIFFERENT SIZES?

That's a great question! All of our Dragon Egg Dice Bags are hand crocheted, and our Head Mischief Maker loves a variety of brands, colors, and yarn weights. As not all yarns are made in the exact same weight and size, it does cause slight variations in the bag sizes as different bags use yarns from different manufacturing companies.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS? WILL YOU DO CUSTOM EMBROIDERY DESIGNS?

On rare occasions we will accept custom orders. Generally we announce it through our social media pages when we are accepting custom commissions and requests

 

As we do not directly employ a digitizer at Mischief Loot, we will not take requests for turning custom logos/photos into embroidery. We will alter colors on all current designs or seek out preexisting files available for purchase to utilize to complete requests.

WHAT SHIPPING DO YOU USE? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we ship our orders via the United States Postal Service within the United States. The majority of our orders will use First Class shipping, and some are upgraded to Priority Mail.

At this time we do not offer International shipping.

WHY CAN'T I BUY ONE OF YOUR CHARITY EXCLUSIVE ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM YOU?

A lot of my charity exclusive designs come from Community Use artwork released by the gaming company Paizo. That artwork is for the community to use free of charge, but it also comes with the legal obligation that no member of the Organized Play Community can profit off those designs.

When I do charity exclusive items, I make no profit from them. I donate the materials and time to make and promote them, and 100% of the proceeds go directly to whatever charity I am working with at that time.

These items are usually handled through silent auctions at gaming conventions or even through raffle tickets that are purchased by donors going directly to an online donation page that's setup for the charity event.
